Per prenotazioni  di  soggiorni superiori  alla  settimana è richiesta una caparra  del 30% dell'intero  soggiorno e spese  di  pulizia  finali di € 30,00

Gli appartamenti sono dotati di cucina, forno microonde, bollitore, macchina caffè a cialde, wi-fi, tv, phon, asse e ferro da stiro. Quattro appartamenti sono dotati anche di lavatrice. A disposizione degli ospiti le biciclette per piacevoli tour nella campagna circostante.    La  struttura offre parcheggio gratuito per la durata del soggiorno. Su richiesta è possibile lasciare l'auto in previsione di un viaggio.  Nelle vicinanze si trova un caratteristico ristorante con sale cinquecentesche (ex granaio della Villa del Borgo), Chiesetta privata aperta al pubblico la domenica mattina alle ore 9.00, scuola di equitazione federale per adulti e bambini.

The property has no reception and it is advisable to communicate your arrival time.  Self Check-in from 4.00 pm, the keys will be collected with the access code to the box                                                                      Check-out by 11.00 am. At check-in, a valid document is required for registration with the State Police and cash payment for the entire stay. If the document is not shown, the property will not be able to provide accommodation. 

It is not possible to host other people besides those declared and registered.  No pets and no smoking in the apartments. No smoking.

For bookings for stays longer than a week, a deposit of 30% of the entire stay and a final cleaning cost of  € 30.00 is required

The apartments are equipped with kitchen, microwave oven, kettle, coffee pod machine, wi-fi, TV, hairdryer, axis and an iron.

Four apartments have a washing machine. 

Guests can use bicycles for pleasant tours in the surrounding area. Ample free parking for the duration of the stay. Nearby restaurant, private church open on Sunday at 9.00 am for Mass, federal riding school for adults and children.

Available at any time between the airport and the Residence. Payable. Guests have access to information brochures for visits to places of Art, History and Culture
